By using Pochade ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The App is developed by John Fowler ("we," "us," or "our"). Your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to all apps distributed through the App Store.
Pochade is available as a free download with full access to all editing tools using built-in sample images. Pochade Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the ability to import your own reference photos. Once purchased, Pochade Pro does not expire and includes all future updates at no additional cost.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not handle payment information directly. Refund requests should be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
You retain full ownership of any images you import into Pochade and any artwork you create using the App. We claim no rights to your content. All images and session data remain on your device — we never access, collect, or transmit your content. Use your work however you like, including commercially.
The App itself — its design, code, icons, and documentation — is the intellectual property of John Fowler. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the App. This is standard; Apple's EULA covers these terms in detail.
Pochade is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the in-app purchase giving rise to the claim.
Session data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss from device failure, accidental deletion, or OS updates. Keep your own backups of important reference materials.
We may update these Terms or the App from time to time. Changes to these Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States.
